Hey! I’m Bella, the owner and creative designer behind Balloons by Bells. I’ve been creating custom balloon designs for the past 5 years while also balancing life as a college student. What started as a creative hobby turned into a passion for helping people make their events feel special and unforgettable.

I’ve had the opportunity to service over 50 events including birthdays, baby showers, graduations, business events, and more. I focus on creating high quality, personalized balloon setups that match each client’s vision and make every celebration stand out.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you deliver or require pickup?

We deliver for all of our more complex structures. Few may be available for pick up so it's important to ask.

How do I place an order?

Use the chat widget in the bottom right or the quote form at the top and someone we will begin processing your order immediately.

Do you setup and take down structures?

Yes! There is a small setup fee but it will be included in your quote, it acts as an insurance policy during transport and setup which is when balloons are most likely to pop.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Let us know ASAP. We are more than happy to reschedule as long as you let us know at least 2 days before your event. If you cancel you will NOT receive your deposit back.
